This assignment was really challenging for me because I wanted to implement a couple of extra things. I attempted to slow down the video playback speed and make it into an interactive background. When that failed, I tried to create a new function that made a pop up which the user could mess around with. I wanted the user to receive a message based on the time they spent away from the main page, but I couldn't figure it out. I ended up creating several other functions to get a time stamp that was connected to an event listener, and now I've got a good feel for how events in JS work.
