The Howling Revisited explored the story of Matthew Henson.  Featured a wolf that died in an avalanche in Alaska in front of a rear screen projection of and avalanche masked in a circle wipe that rose like the moon, while a second small monitor played looped excerpts of cinematic imaginings of werewolf transformations in horror film

This work attempted to imagine the two worlds that Henson negotiated, the freedom of a polar wilderness and  America in the early 1900. Henson was the first man to stand on top of the world. but while he was living the our nation would not recognize an accomplishments  of this nature by a black man.
