I assume that $591 for two ports wire install is actually
two cables run to a single location and terminated on
a common faceplate.  "Two ports" should really be "two cables?"

Anything bigger than a one plate wiring job will be
cost + 10 percent (contracted) or time + materials
(tech in house)?  Is there an implicit guarantee
that this will always cost less than N x $591?

What is the threshold for bulk rate on data jack 
activations?  More than two?

Historically we have asked for costs for admin jacks
in residential buildings.  If out of scope services
are now covered by IU, we have what Tad would call
a spicey meat ball.

There should be some limit for the fixed $591 rate
for a wiring install.  For example, indoors and within 
90 meters of an established wiring closet?  "Hello.  
I'd like to order a jack in the middle of the East Remote
parking lot?  Just put it on a tree."

There is no rate for anything related to 802.11 wifi.
I guess that is not a question.
