Is this agreement like and IRU?  Have we paid for
the right to run anything on it with suitable 
equipment?   If we continue to pay maintenance,
can we keep it for the life of the cable (20 years)?

Said another way, the draft lease you wrote up is
for 3 years.  The contract we're close to signing
is for 3 years with three optional 1-year extensions.
So we want our contract to cover at least the same
period as the lease.

Beyond that, we want to be able to move the service
from building 19 to any other building we might lease
or, hopefully, something we would build in the research
park area.
