How to Make the Best Scrambled Eggs
- 4 Eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 2 tablespoons butter or extra virgin olive oil

- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until yolks and whites are combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put pan on medium heat for one minute. Add butter or oil to pan and then turn heat to low.
- Add eggs to pan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Keep stirring until egg is cooked.
