How to hack your PSP!

Requirements:

Windows/Mac/Linux
USB Cable
Internet
Very basic knowledge of how to copy/move/paste files from PC to external drive
A working PSP

Procedure:

Update your PSP to version 6.60

Settings-> System Update

Download the latest CFW Installer by Team Pro
Extract the items in the zip file

Right click->extract here or double click and copy items to desktop

Connect your PSP to your computer via USB
Copy the folders "PROUPDATE" and "Fast recovery" to the game folder of your PSP located in ~/PSP/GAMES
Unplug your device
On your PSP go to the game menu and select Games
Run "PROUPDATE"
Done! You have successfully hacked your PSP.

Anytime your PSP runs out of battery, you'll need to run "Fast Recovery."
One of the things you can now do is play retro games. Here is a list of all the emulators for PSP.

"Create" your own roms from your physical collection ;) Do not Google roms
