Description: Colony cream to tan or grey; lacks sclerites in the neck of the polyps. Polyps are usually contracted when seen at low tide and leave a dome-shape protuberance; they arise from a broadly spreading stolonal base.
Size: Polyps less than 5mm tall when expanded.
Notes: Occurs on the underside of rocks and overhangs.
