Geographic Range: Alaska to central California. Synonyms: Hippodiplosia insculpta, Schizoporella insculpta

Description: Color pale tan to light yellow or pale orange. Colony may be encrusting or rising in irregular, fan-like folds or leaf-like projections.
Size: Individuals are 05.-0.7mm long by 0.3-0.4mm wide; colony may be up to 15cm across.
Notes: Found encrusting rocks or mollusk shells, or on algae, hydroids, or other bryozoans.
