From my mother, to me, to you...


  1. pre-heat your oven at 375°
  2. Place all of your ingredients in your blender (tip: add the eggs last to avoid an overly eggy taste)
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and all items are incorporated
  4. Pour about half of your mixture into each of your pre-made pie crust
  5. Place you pies in your oven- Let them cook for about 35mins. (Cook times may vary depending on your oven)
  6. To check that your pies are evenly cooked, poke the center of your pie with a toothpick- if the toothpick comes out clean, your pie is ready. If there is batter on the toothpick let the pie cook for a few more minutes.
  7. Allow your cheesecakes to cool for a few minutes (or hours) and serve.
