The picture above was taken the last day of my freshman year at UCSC in 2014 (what now seems like a thousand years ago) and frankly, it was a terrible year. Despite this, I am thankful that I met a couple of truly amazing people who became some of my greatest friends. Surrounding myself with people who cared about me and motivated me is what kept me from giving up and to this day I am eternally grateful to them.
This picture was taken on the last day of my sophomore year which turned out to be the complete opposite of what my freshman year was like. I decided on my major and minor, joined an organization on campus, and met even more great people. Things changed for the better for sure.
This was back in June on the last day of junior year. After three years in Santa Cruz, everything had just kept getting better and better. I knew I was officially a senior and from that day on the senioritis has been very real.
The picture that will go under this section will be taken in just four months and I will be standing in front of the UCSC sign wearing a cap and gown! Never in my life had time gone by as fast as it has in these past four years and I am very excited about what the future will hold. It's crazy to think that what I've worked so hard for is finally going to be accomplished. Below are a few of my favorite memories from my college experience and what I hope to accomplish in the near future.
