Reasons why sleep is so important:

How to begin this process:

  1. Change into comfortable clothing(or nothing at all)
  2. Make sure your electronics are charged
  3. Drink a glass of warm milk because you are so childish
  4. Text your parents goodnight because they miss you and they haven't heard from you in a while
  5. Get into bed
  6. Close your eyes
  7. Profit???
