Tips for maintaining your health

Here's a few tips:

  1. Eat the right amount of servings of fruits and vegetables.
  2. Exercise daily, ex: take a walk through UCSC campus.
  3. Drink plenty of water. Water intake depends on your activity level. Typically around 8 glasses a day.
  4. Eat nuts and good carbohydrates.
