Here's a few tips:
- Eat the right amount of servings of fruits and vegetables.
- Exercise daily, ex: take a walk through UCSC campus.
- Drink plenty of water.
Water intake depends on your activity level. Typically around 8 glasses a day.
- Eat nuts and good carbohydrates.
