HI THERE!

Parkour is a holistic training discipline using hte movement that developed from military obrstable course training. One aims to try to get from point A to point B in the most efficient way possible.Using not only your body, but your environment to propel yourself foward.

Yes I got that from the Wikipedia page on Parkour, because there is other better way to explain it.

There are many reason why I personally do Parkour such as:

  1. Great source of exercise.
  2. The feeling of the wind flowing past your face.
  3. Great way to practice discipline.
  4. Also a great way to practice precision and hand-eye coordination
  5. It's plain out cool and awesome.

One of the greatest place to train in is an academy. One of the best that I've heard about is Tempest Acadamy. It's down near L.A., but it's a great place. Check it out!
