Recipe for Homemade Chilaquiles in Red Sauce





Ingredients you will need:

Instructions:

  1. Fry the tortillas until they are crispy, then put aside
  2. Unvein and remove the seed from the California Peppers
  3. Boil the California Peppers, the tomatoes, and the Serrano Peppers in water until soft
  4. In a blender add the onion, garlic, salt, California Peppers, Serrano Peppers, and Onion and blend
  5. Add some of the water where you boiled the ingredients to blend them
  6. In a Skillet add the sauce and bring it to a simmer before you add the tortillas
  7. You can add Avocado, Cheese, Onion, Sour Cream, and Eggs on top for a more complete brunch!!
