HEALTH BENEFITS OF BACON
Bacon aka "MEAT CANDY"

- Carbohydrates make you chubby. But chubby can be cute
- Saturated fat doesn't make you as chubby as carbs.
- Carbs also have higher insulin levels. The more insulin levels you have in your blood, the more likely any food you eat will be stored as fat.
2) It protects your heart!
- Bacon contains omega-3 fatty acids which reduce cholesterol and improved overall health in the heart.
- Bacon contains choline which is a healthy vitamin that heals abnormalities and improves fetal brain development(for pregnant women).
2)Bacon brings happiness!
- Bacon is a natural mood enhancer that helps encourage positive mental states.
- Bacon smells like home. (at least mine)
- Even looking at bacon will make you smile...and hungry.
