Leg Day

1. Squats: 5 sets x 8-10 reps

2. Leg Press: 3 sets x 10 reps

3. Bulgarian Split Lunges: 3 sets x 10-12 reps each leg

4. Calve Raises: 3 sets x 10 reps then hold 10 seconds
