Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology Major

As an aspiring scientist who wants to make an impact on the lives of those battling debilitating diseases, my current goals are to become exceptionally proficient in molecular biology principles and biotechnological techniques as a means to become an active catalyst in drug-development research. Currently, I am a junior at the University of California, Santa Cruz majoring in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology with a proposed graduation of Winter 2020. After receiving my undergraduate degree, I hope to continue my academic journey by pursuing a graduate/PhD program in molecular biology.
