The gym has so many different machines.

Such as these

That is called a Squat Machine and it mainly works out your Gluteus Maximus

  1. There are bench machine, rowing machine, and an elliptical.
  2. There are even free weights ranging from 5lbs to 120lbs.
  3. Some gyms offer personal trainers, someone that makes a workout plan for you and guides you to an overall good health.
