Monterey 831-649.
ATM seems to make sense if you already have the local
loops and ports in place, otherwise PtP DS3 is cheaper, faster and
provides the higher QOS.
As a side note, The least expensive ATM option appears
to be a combo between CALNET Loops and Ports with SBCLD in the middle. Also with
this option you get 40Mbps ATM Ports for other connectivity in or out of the
LATA(not useful to UCSC, but important for many customers who already have
CALNET ATM connections).
