I have not talked to Grace.
Where we left this was waiting for agreement on the
lease for the 2nd floor of bldg 19.  I have heard 
that there is progress and that it is moving in the
right direction.

To use the CENIC connection, we need to give them a
fairly substantial one-time payment for our share
of the build to Sunnyvale.  We cannot do that without
a lease on your space that has a comparable duration.  

Someone needs to arrange with you for a tail 
circuit to bldg 19 from bldg 254.  We are hoping
CENIC would do that.  CENIC wants to own the demark
equipment on the circuit which suggests to me that
they would be the point of contact for any problems.
But we have asked that question.

If we use CENIC fiber, we would not use any NASA 
addresses on any of your several networks.
