I'm one of the managers of the ITS Instructional Computing (IC) labs and I provide technical support for the PC labs. I manage six PC labs at SS1, Ming Ong, Baskin Engineering 109, Kresge, Oakes, and Cowell Apartments. I'm responsible for the hardware, software, and the Windows operating system configuration. I spend most of my time trying to configure Windows to do what I need it to do (despite what Microsoft intended). I work 75% time so that leaves plenty of time for the rest of my life.
