Final Report Topics

All reviews of initial submissions and resubmissions of report topics submitted by 10:00 pm Thursday, May 27 have been completed and replies emailed to the source address.

If you have not received a topic review by email, or your topic is not listed in the table, please resubmit immediately to save your time (and mine). We will deal with the circumstances of tardiness or non-receipt later.

If you have not yet submitted a topic, you may still do so subject to a partial lateness penalty. It is advisable to do so as you will get feedback nearly immediately.

Warning: don't propose multiple topics! And don't ask "is this e-commerce?" The first part of the assignment is to identify an enterprise involved in e-commerce. I don't want to do your work for you. This is also mildly unfair to other students. The right way to ask the question is to explain why you believe the firm's activity constitutes e-commerce, then ask if your reasoning is correct.

The following table contains the final report topics proposed so far. I do reply to the email, but you can also check status here (especially to make sure it's been received). Status is PEND (pending, or still thinking about it), OK (approved), DROP (the proposal was withdrawn), DUP (previously submitted by another student), or NO (rejected as inappropriate). You should assume that a DROP was discouraged by me or by lack of resources, but that I had not confirmed an adverse decision---it's still possible, but the risk of ultimate rejection is pretty high. Submitted is the date and time received. Evaluated is the date and time I reviewed it. Topic is a brief description of the industry.
