da hulk's Surf Links*
*I am always looking for new sites to add to this page. I
would love to hear from you concerning a website you think might
round this page out. I don't update it very often and there are
other folks who have taken it on themselves to list every
possible surf-related site on the web. So, I started with Santa
Cruz and longboard sites first, good on-line camera sites around
the world second, and a representative group of international
sites of the best quality possible comprise the rest. You know,
"such stuff as dreams are made of..." Finally there are
a few sites that are so unique or interesting I list them just
because.
Santa Cruz Sites
- Richard
Schmidt: Richard has developed an award
winning site that definitely provides both style and
content. Besides...he posts some of my stories...
- Santa
Cruz Surf Museum: This is a really cool museum
and visiting it always brings back lots of memories since
it has lots of pictures and memorabilia from the 60's
forward. There are even a few obsure relics from the
local beach crews in evidence if you look closely enough,
including Larry's
Moana Makani jacket and an RSO
club patch.
- Surfrider
Foundation: It's the right thing to do.
Congratulations Boots!
- Surfing
Santa Cruz: Good local website.
- Santa Cruz
Bodysurfing Association.
- Daniel's Life Homepage:
Good Pictures and art.
- Mahoney's Surf
Webpage: Good santa cruz surf stuff from a
stoked surfcat.
- Local On-line Camera Sites: Here are a few peeks at
surfin santa cruz -westside style. I'm probably not in
any of these...
- Santa Cruz Surf
Shops: An address and phone number directory
of all Santa Cruz Surfshops.
- Here are the shops in town that I know of on
the net...
Santa Cruz Weather and Wave Checks
Newsgroup: Without
a doubt alt.surfing is the only place real
surfers cruise the web...
Longboarding Resources
Global Connections: There are literally thousands of interesting surfing
webpages on the internet. Rather than try to list them all I am
simply noting some that allow me to trip around the world
checking the surf and hearing about other surfers.
- Mountain
Man: Although located in Oz, this is an
extremely valuable global environmental/spiritual/surfing
resource.
- Regional Links: Here are a few of the best for now...
- West Coast
- Northern California
- Central California
- Southern California
- Oregon
- Washington
- Canada
