The house was purchased by people who reunited the Campbell's old farm, though now it was built up. Next door to the old Campbell house, where the owners lived, was built a rambling cottage which served as the office and main building for the Hidden Court moter hotel.

The Riverside house was split into a duplex. The front porch was partially enclosed and a kitchen installed. The back porch was enclosed, and a very small bathroom added.
