Four hours of Section
per week are mandatory.
Keep up with the schedule. This works better than falling behind and cramming.
Read the sections to be covered in lecture before you come to lecture and work through the examples in the text.
Attend all lectures and weekly discussion sections. Ask questions if something is unclear.
Attend office hours, either mine and/or the TA's, and ask questions if something is unclear.
Use the drop in tutors and MSI for additional help. The schedule of hours will be distributed in the second week of classes.
