Through the UCSC Center for Tropical Research
in Ecology, Agriculture, and Development (CenTREAD), I am able to host
graduate student and professional fellows from tropical nations in my lab for
3 months post-graduate residence.
The purpose of the residence can be to develop potential collaborative projects,
learn specific techniques, or to participate in tropical research and education
opportunities at UCSC. If you are interested, complete information is available
at the CenTREAD web page (http://centread.ucsc.edu)
under Exchange Programs, CenTREAD Visiting Graduate Fellows Program.
Applications are accepted three times a year, and residenceshould coincide with
one of the three UCSC academic quarters – fall (mid-September to mid-December),
winter (January to March) or spring (April to June).
