Early Nov, 2008: CHART SC conference call to decide on website structure, discussion forums and lead-In questions

By end of Nov, 2008: Finalize web-site content

Dec, 2008: CHART SC members test web-site, hold mock on-line meeting

By end of Jan, 2009: Fix any problems, etc.

1 Feb to 5 March, 2009: CHART MEETING

1 Feb – initiate moderator-lead discussion to define fundamental science questions

12 Feb – initiate moderator-lead discussion on sample/data/measurements and technological need

23 Feb – initiate moderator-lead discussion on strategies – direct people to STRATEGIES FORUM to comment on whole-program structure)

Set up regular weekly conference calls for CHART SC members during this period.

Several times in March: CHART SC conference calls to talk about results

Finish by 30 April, 2009: White Paper (executive summary plus appendices with participant input)

13 – 15 May, 2009: INVEST SC meeting to decide breakout groups, agenda
