A nominee for the 2006-07 Santa Cruz County Community Foundation's Rydell Fellowship, Brenda Berg graduated Magna cum Laude from San Jose State University's Art and Design Department. She did her postgraduate work in Studio Art at the University of California at Santa Cruz. When not in her studio, Berg teaches studio art at the University of California at Santa Cruz.
